New Beginnings

All is natural,

the way of nature,

the flow of nature,

in each moment.

As you attune to

what takes place

in this open wide universe,

you raise your arms

and breathe in.

You bring your arms down

and breathe out.

Imagine you have

landed in your body

just a moment ago

for the very first time.

You become aware of

your surroundings.

You slow down.

You sense all of atmosphere

touching your skin, and the most

heightened part of your body.

Language alone cannot describe it,

you just tune into it all.

That tingling in your toe,

the sound of rain

the ponderous fragrance of silky blooms.

You become quizzical,

you imagine a stream,

streamlining along the banks of your being,

a peaceful stream

flowing just like the water of wildlife,

in harmony with its surroundings,

neither virtuous or wicked.

You can’t command it.

You are linked to this stream of energy.

You can do nothing else but to entrust its surge,

for that is nature,

the natural rhythm of

your precious body,

of your life.
